Our Story & Heritage

Rooted in Bangalore’s history, the Sajjan Rao family has contributed to the city’s urban development for over a century. The legacy of this family is reflected in their diverse ventures,which began in the early 1900s with interests spanning textiles, jewelry, manufacturing, film production, farming, investments, and more. From the 1990s, they expanded their focus to land banking and land development, laying a strong foundation for responsible growth.

In 2008, the brothers took a significant step by launching their first gated community, showcasing their commitment to quality living spaces. Building on this heritage, 2025 marks a new milestone with TC Residences' launch of a premium villa collection on Kanakapura Road, blending time-honored trust with modern luxury.
